Pedro and Marina are a young couple from Mónovar. They decided to buy their first property together and since the environment is becoming more and more important in the new Spanish generation the choice was easy.

"Since our family is living here in the area and we like Monóvar so much the choice of location for our new home was easy. We really like the Gran Monóvar Ecociudad project and we have many friend that already purchased a property in this new fantastic development. For us price is important and even though Gran Monóvar Ecociudad is an ecological development with lots of extra equipment in the properties like water recyclers, solar panels and intelligent home system the price is still lower than many non Eco-friendly properties in the region. We love this mountain region around Monóvar and the views from our property are magnificent. We are very concerned about our environment and the future for our planet, by living in an Eco-friendly house we make a small contribution to our common earth environment. For us it is important that our children will be able to grow up in harmony with the environment and learn more about it in order to carry on and change the future of our planet."
