Cédula Urbanística
This document which is obtained in the urban council which regulates the current building specifications of a plot. It indicates the what planning permissions are granted, what type of construction is planned for example the maximum height, occupation density etc.
Contribución
A Spanish property owner pay an annual property tax the so-called "contribution". This document specifies the tax on ownership of a specific property, whether rural or urban.
Notas Simple
This document is issued by the Spanish land registery stating the ownership of the land including characteristics, ownership, location, building description and that all payments are in place.
